Brief overview of Vetting Courses
1. Learn the Purpose of Vetting. And What to generally expect.
a) It’s highly recommended that you take Becoming the Self-Confident Black Woman as a prerequisite and Vetting for Healthy, Happy Relationships 101 and 102 in order.
b)Learning & Processing are different for different people, please be kind, compassionate & patient w/ Yourself.
Though anyone can learn valuable vetting tools, skills & processes from the courses, it is designed for the unique circumstances, cultural sensitivity, language, comfort & critical security risks particular to Black Women’s physical, mental, emotional, and fiscal well-being.
NOTE: Black Women experience the highest incidences of DV, SA, kidnapping and blackfemicide at the hands of intimate partners every 4-5 hours a day in the US. 60% of Our Black Girls are SA by 18 years old. It’s My role & intent eradicate such through centering the critical needs of Black & Indigenous Women & Girls.
You will learn the importance of Vetting in 101 & specific tools, skills & training in Vetting 102. Every tool doesn’t work for everyone. The tools, skills & understanding are to be used at Your discretion, depending on Your situation & as You choose. Remember, candidates you interview during a vetting process, may not be truthful or disclose information.

Quick Review of Course Objectives
Defining vetting, tools & the necessity to secure Your person as much as possible.
As Your Guide, I will provide healing & Selfull check-ins as We complete the Black Woman Vetting 101 & 102 courses. During check ins, We focus on You, breathing, hydration & simple relaxation techniques to soothe Your central nervous system (CNS) as You learn a new mindset, tools & skills to vet for healthy happy relationships.
This first 2 part check in provides how to use the simple techniques You can practice. These are tools You can employ at anytime or anywhere w/out others being the wiser.
Basics of “learning psychology” Classical & Operant Conditioning & Programing vs the Observational learning needed to vet a potential candidate for secure & safe progressive access to You.
Learning how BW&BG are programmed & conditioned to make themselves a caring, compassionate support system & resource for others no matter how badly they treat Us. Learning to break the domination of Our conditioning & mindset of caring for people who don’t behave consistently w/ care for You, Your safety, security, mental, mental or physical wellness.
Basics of Mindset realignment. Discarding beliefs and Classical & Operant Conditioning & Programing that doesn’t serve You, Your desire & right to safety, happiness, peace, joy & inviolate experiences and spaces.
Real life examples how Your conditioning, programming & current mindset can be used against You in diverse partner & relationships.
Session 3 has a “trigger warning” for studies, data & stats w/ regard to the increasingly violent, unsafe world BW/BG encounter daily from home, to church, to school, to healthcare or simply walking into a store.
Welcome to the last session of Vetting 101. Here We’ll discuss some viable actionable as We wrap up Vetting 101 in preparation for Vetting 102. In Vetting 102 We will explore specific tools & skills used by government agencies to choose the best candidates who are screened for high loyalty, security & trustworthiness.
Now that You understand that most BG & young BW, including Me, weren’t taught. Generally, for 405+ years BG&BW were programmed & conditioned to be all for others. The BW before Us were conditioned to serve others. Thus, They weren’t taught the information in Vetting for BW & healthy relationships either. Simply, We don’t know, what We don’t know.
The few of Us who do know; literally stumble upon it through difficult experiences, certain types of psychology/ sociology analysts degrees. And even with these specific studies, We’re being taught the information not to use for Our personal lives.
